Not long ago, choosing a pain reliever meant finding one that eased your pain without being too hard on the stomach. It is best that we should choose a pain reliever that is good both for the stomach and for the heart. To quell muscle pain or joint pain, it is preferable to start with an aspirin or acetaminophen since the former is good for the heart and the latter does not have effects on blood clotting. Above all, what is important is to consult your doctor on about the right dosage for your pain reliever that suits your need since you can’t over dose or low dose yourself if you feel pain below or above your tolerance.
