I own and operate a small, but very successful lawn care & landscaping business. Why is it so successful? Business owners take note: I do my business planning well in advance. For example, I begin to map out my overall strategy for the next year in the fall of the previous year. I plan my specific marketing efforts, make arrangements for new brochures to be printed, supplies to be purchased, new equipment that I will need. I do my planning well in advance, and you would be well-advised to do the same.
