Wood has its fans: it is beautiful and adds a touch of formalism to your outdoor area. Metal is also a favorite of many, as it is lightweight and easy-to-care for. Both have downsides as well: metal can rust or fatigue with use, while wood needs occasional sanding and fresh coats of paint/finish. Which do YOU prefer?
